PE Consultants Pte Ltd is a Singapore-registered civil & geotechnical engineering consultancy (UEN 201631211H), practising since 2013 and based at Pantech Business Hub, Pandan Loop. We provide PE endorsement, Qualified Person submissions, structural design and inspection services across residential, commercial and industrial projects in Singapore.
In Singapore's regulatory system, an engineering endorsement is not a formality. When a Professional Engineer stamps a drawing, that engineer takes personal professional and legal responsibility for the design under the Professional Engineers Act and the Building Control Act. We built this practice around that principle: the engineer who reviews your project is the engineer who signs it, and the one you speak to on WhatsApp.

- Honest scoping — if your works do not require PE endorsement, we will tell you so. All services are subject to authority requirements, structural assessment and site conditions.
